Day 4:
Q: How many RE games do you own? How many have you currently beaten?
A: I own “Code: Veronica”, “Resident Evil 4” and “Resident Evil 5”. I unfortunately don’t own the rest of the series, but I have beaten the three games I own, plus the Remake and Nemesis. 

Day 3:
Q: Do you like the movies? Why or why not?
A: I strongly dislike the movies, because they messed up the characters. Jill was one of the coolest protagonists, along with Chris, Leon, Claire… You name it. Instead of developing and expanding their coolness, they degrade Jill to an anonymous background girl, while Alice - whom we’ve never heard of - has superpowers. 
I don’t think they follow the Resident Evil-formula, instead they “hollywood-ized” it…  

I think there’s a little mess-up here, I posted day one of the challenge, and I couldn’t find it. Well, I posted it again. 

Day 1:
Q: Favorite RE game?
A: It’s so hard to choose. I think I’d say the Remake. 

My friend and I used to play every single Resident Evil-game in older days. We used to sit at her place, eating junk and play the games, and every time something scary happens in the game, it just gets scarier when both of us scream like little girls.

The graphics. Stunning. I want that house. 

But even though all of them are scary, it still stands between the remake and number four in the series. I’d have to say that I love the tense feeling I get in the remake more than the stressing “scream, runrunrunrun, oh shit, more of ‘em”-feeling that I get playing the action version of Resident Evil (Number four). I like being scared of Lisa sneaking up on me, and the running rednecks coming to eat my brain, and the suddenly appearing hunters. Plus, the controls are much more difficult in the Remake, making it feel harder, and therefore not triggering the feeling of mastering it after five minutes of playing. 

*shiver* 

Yes, I’d say Remake.  

Day 2:
Q: Least favorite villain?
A: Alexia Ashford.

The annoyingly strong, and “small-creature”-spamming bitch. And on the top of it, she’s got two incredibly annoying phases as the final boss. The first phase, she spams the long, spanking creatures, and when she’s done with that, she decides to fly around, being impossible to hit, while she squirts acid over your face. Sigh… Well, at least, she is being a really cool bad guy when she hasn’t turned into a mutant. 

That’s a good thing, I suppose…

Since I’m in love with the games, I’ll do this. Fun.
